Our Services
Fulfillment
Our order fulfillment is driven by 3PL, our WMS that is great for reports and managing your inventory.
Bonded Freight Management
We work with Customs Boarder Protection to ensure your product is both protected and secured while in and out of bond.
Warehousing
Our four locations totally over 325,000 sq ft of warehouse space allows us to offer warehousing services as well as cross dock, short hold and the redelivery of goods that outsourced carriers may not be able to make themselves.
WMS vs IMS
Focus Global Logistics offers both Warehouse management Services (WMS) as well as Inventory Management Services (IMS). These Our WMS allows us to provide in-house movement of your products. Whether prepping for shipment or relocating for more efficient Pick and Pack scenarios, at FGL we are always working for better efficiencies and best practices. Our IMS provides both speed and accuracy at the point of receipt. Whether we are building a pallet to the customers specifications or maximizing our 7,300 pallet rack positions, FGL strives for perfection every step of the way throughout the warehousing experience.
Transportation
Our fleet consists of dry vans, conestogas, flatbeds, box trucks and hot shots. With our brokerage division, there’s nothing we can’t move.
3PL/ 4PL
We offer both 3PL and 4PL services. In the Northwest we are a 3PL and nationwide we act as a 4PL managing our customers entire supply chain utilizing other 3PL’s in conjunction with our fleet and brokerage.
Pick & Pack
We use both standard email and EDI to receive orders. Flat files are used in the preliminary set up of customers’ SKUs as well. Our I.T. department integrates our customers strengths with our IMS to provide a one of a kind Pick and Pack experience. Same day, next day or next week… There is no order too small or too big for FGL. Our RF scanners allow us to pick and pack your shipment in both an expeditious and accurate manner.
